HOW TO MAKE
1.I put rice,water,kombu in a rice cooker and cook it.
2.I put vineger,suger,salt in a pan and boil it quickly and make blended vinegar for sushi.
3.I sprinkle blended vinegar on cooked rice and cook a sushi meal.
4.At first,I put NORI(dried sea weed)on a makisu.[makisu]is the kitchen utensil such as the bamboo blind to make rolled
sushi for to wind it up.
I ride laver if I make winding and I leave a sushi meal other side 3cm of the laver and spread it all .
I put fillings in the middle of the rice and wind it up.
