SOMEN AND TENPURA
 HOW TO MAKE 1 .I boil the somen in boiling hot water for 1-2minutes. I soak somen in water and rub it and put it up to a colander and remove slime. 2 .=MAKING CLOTHES OF THE TEMPURA=

I put an egg,whea flour,cold water together and cool it with the refrigrater. 3 .I take poorness of the okra. I cut papurika in width of 3cm. I take the internal organs of prawns and make some cuts in the stomach of prawns.(For preventing it from 2 ).

4. I add 3 to clothes of the tempura. 5. I fry 4 in oil of 170 degrees.

6. I boil sweet sake,soy sauce,soup stock with a pan and make soup. (sweet sake:soy sauce:soup stock=1:1:5) 7.I dip it into the soup which cooled somen and tempura and eat.
